Carbon Steel plate application range

NM400 wear-resistant  carbon  steel plate is widely used in mining machinery, coal mining machinery, environmental protection machinery, engineering machinery, etc. It is also commonly used as high-strength structural steel with yield strength ≥ 800MPa.

Widely used in crushers, shale shakers, feed hoppers, skips, loaders, excavators, bulldozer buckets and knife plates, scraper conveyors, dump trucks, trams, pavers, asphalt mixing stations, knives, gears, mud pipeline systems, cement plant equipment, screw conveyors and other wear resistant structural parts

Function: It is mainly used to provide protection for places or parts requiring wear resistance, so as to prolong the service life of the equipment, reduce the maintenance downtime caused by maintenance, and correspondingly reduce the investment of funds.

Performance: yield above 900 and tensile strength above 1100.
